A couple of years ago I photographed the wedding of a gorgeous couple, Bridget and Mick. And only a week ago I had the joy of photographing their first child, beautiful baby William. He is happy, healthy and on the move! Congratulations Bridget and Mick x

I like this saying, and find it pretty true especially when I’m rolling around on the floor with my two young girls. I can kid myself that I’m 6 again! I was in a for a huge surprise, however, during a photography session with a group of seniors who attend the Karadi Aboriginal Corporation. Aged between 70 and 86, these women meet every Tuesday, usually for morning tea and a chin wag. But last Tuesday we were all in for something special. no comments Last weekend I had the joy of photographing the wedding of a lovely couple, Deb and Michael. Despite the early threat of rain, the day transformed into a warm and sunny Saturday. The wedding was held, appropriately, at Blue Skies on Hobart’s waterfront. Congratulations Deb and Michael – it was a wonderful afternoon that bodes extremely well for a long and happy future together. x
no comments Last Saturday I had the privilege of photographing a most beautiful wedding, between Eagranie and Hamish. We were extremely lucky with the weather – it drizzled here and there but never during the important moments! I, along with the guests, spent a lot of the day laughing; if their wedding day is anything to go by, Eagranie and Hamish will truly share a life of laugh and laughter. All the very best Eagranie and Hamish x.
no comments Wonderful photos, a real spirit of the moment. Poetic but real. Absolutely beautiful photos Kate! These images only start to capture the magic of this wonderful day… I had a very busy summer, partly due to the response to my special deal for a photography session + print through Living Social. For the most part, the weather in Hobart was very kind for photographers wanting to capture gorgeous moments amongst family and friends. There are some of my favourites…
